I personally love the pants, but have also experienced problems with it collecting dirt. You can order the pants on the cheap, from atamas website. The ultra lite gi, I don't like. After about a month, I actually sold it. After rolling in a Gold Weave for so long, I guess I simply prefer the feeling of a thicker gi. Also, because of the material, it seems like it fit really big, even after I shrank it. Additionally, the colar on the gold weave tends to help you prevent chokes, while the colar on the ultra lite does not. Good review. I was considering sending the #9 off to be tiedyed... thanks to you I won't-- in part because the dye doesn't take on non-cotton material and in part because if they hold/show dirt more, I don't want it on my tie dye! :) Excellent review.
