		<description>@Georgette: pretty much - as you know, Hordinksi has been key in growing Relson Gracie in Colorado. I train mostly in Boulder under Van, but Steve and Jason are also pretty involved in our school. They are both great teachers. Thanks for the invite and comment!</description>

		<description>Hey, so you probably train under Steve Hordinski, right?  I&#039;m at a Relson affiliate in Austin TX, under Phil Cardella, and Steve comes to train with us pretty regularly.  I gather Steve and Phil were in the Marines together and are good friends.  Anyway, if you ever want to train here, vacation here etc, drop me a line.

My comment:  for skin-deep injuries, I highly recommend spray-on bandages.  Mine is made by 3M, got it at Walgreens, and it basically works like spray-on super glue.  It forms a water-tight flexible shield over a rash, scrape, blister etc and is fairly effective at resisting abrasion from skin, gi, mats etc for about 4-5 hours.  It doesn&#039;t sting much when applied, either.</description>
